So, is it an actual booth that you have?
In short, no! I set up a complete portable studio on site using a single backdrop and two high quality studio lights. The result is that photos are beautifully lit, giving flattering photographs. It also means that others can see what's unfolding, which all adds to the fun.
How many people can you fit in a photo?
Well, there's a challenge. Easily 10, 15 if you stand closely together and probably 20 if you happy to squeeze right in!
What props do you have?
Anything and everything to make you and your guests look fabulous or ridiculous - depending on how you'd like to look. We have a large guilded picture frame, hats, wigs, glasses, musical instruments, play weapons, chalk boards, and lots of other silly things to make your photos look great.
How long do you take photos for?
Typically we are there for 3 hours; long enough to catch people in the peak of the evening
How many photos do you take?
This depends on how many people are at the party and how much they love having their photo taken. However, for a party with around 100 people we'd expect to take somewhere between 300-500 photos.
How do people get to see their photos?
Images are displayed instantly on a monitor right in front of the people having their photo taken. It provides immediate feedback and encourages lots more photos. Once the event is over, all photos (minus any naughty ones!) are placed online for you and your guests to enjoy. If you're on Facebook we'll even upload them for you ensuring everybody gets to see what a great party you've just had.
How much space do you need?
The more the better but typically a 3m x 3m space is ideal. This gives enough space for people to move around the set up, chose their props and get comfortable etc. However, if you're tight for space, let me know and we can see where we can squeeze in.
What colour backgrounds do you have?
We supply a choice of red, black or white. In my opinion, the red or black backgrounds give the best results. If you have a corporate backdrop you'd like to use that's fine too.
What power requirements do you have?
A standard domestic 13amp plug socket is all we need.
Do you edit the photos afterwards?
This is the big difference between using Revered Photography or just hiring a normal photo booth. With us you're getting a professional photographer that takes huge pride in the output of the photo booth, not just how much fun it is at the time. We want you to love the photos so much they feature in your wedding album or make it to your living room wall on canvas. All photos are tweaked for maximum impact; cropped, colour-corrected and made to look as good as possible.
Can people get copies of the photos?
Yes, of course. Photos will be made available online for you and your guests. We will provide you with a link to a dedicated page on our website where you'll be able to download the photos.
Does the fee include travel and expenses?
The fee includes travel within 30 miles of Fleet, Hampshire and within the M25. Mileage at £0.45 per mile is chargeable outside of those areas. All expenses are included unless you specifically request we purchase a particular prop, but that will be discussed prior to booking.
What time should we start the photobooth?
We suggest a start time of around 8pm, early enough to get photos of any children or older guests before they disappear and late enough that people will have a drink or two.
